I bought this tailgate hydraulic cylinder for my 2011 Ram 2500. I chose this product because I wanted quality that is not usually found in the cheaper version. I went through all the installation instructions step by step, but couldn't complete the last step. Not only did the hydraulic cylinder lack the securing clips that hold it in place, it was also too small to fit both sides together. I emailed them and sent a message through Revain and their own customer service page and I heard absolutely nothing! I hope they contact me to fix this issue, but I'm not holding my breath!
