Review on PLANTIONAL by Patrick Martin

I was eager to visit PLANTIONAL's online shop because I enjoy crafting. My interaction with them, however, was hardly positive. First of all, their product variety was meager. For my projects, I was hoping to find a wide variety of supplies, but their selection seemed limited and poorly curated. It was disappointing to spend time looking but not find anything. Second, I thought their customer care was lacking. The representatives were unhelpful and seemed unconcerned when I had queries about specific products. It was a letdown and left me with a bad taste in my tongue. Overall, I wouldn't advise other crafters to use PLANTIONAL. Poor customer service and a limited product selection combine for a disappointing shopping experience. Spend less time and money and purchase your crafting supplies elsewhere.
