Review on 🪑 Beige Modern Tufted Accent Chair with Solid Wood Legs by Amazon Basics by Nicole Baca

I didn't read the reviews before purchasing this chair but the price should have worried me a bit but I ordered it anyway. It took over an hour to assemble, so I don't know where the 15 minutes in the description came from. The instructions are a bit difficult to understand but I have fitted many IKEA type products and their instructions are pretty much the same (instructions in pictures). There are 6 screws to attach the bottom seat to the rear frame and it was very difficult to use an Allen wrench as you can only turn it before hitting the 'rear frame' which takes a lot of time and effort . I found that if I put the "dowels" in the two holes and then the two middle bolts it could align the chair better so the holes lined up. After I finished the 4 outer screws the final instruction was to install the 2 middle screws and when I did that I noticed that the 4 outer screws were easier to turn because it was about 1/8 inch of the 2 screws was before I even felt like it. It could be twisted more and since they are 2 1/2" long I figured with 4 of them they were about as far as I could muster and made the Chair still stable.I'm glad the two center screws gave me the alignment I needed to tighten the screws.Would I buy another RevainBasics chair I should think about it!Oh yeah the chair isn't very big , I'm 1.50 m tall so that's fine for me, but for a small chair please consider.
