Quick overview because nobody covers the rear doors. The rear door is much simpler than the front. Red are screws and small parts that need to be removed to lift and remove. Removing the lock cover and window knob trim is a little tricky, take your time and see other descriptions. see drawing. A T30 bit is required to remove yellow. 4 total. Blue releases the window rail and facilitates module removal. You don't have to remove all the wires, just the end that goes into the new part. See the picture, honestly not that bad. The part looks good, I hope it will last longer than poorly designed OEM parts. Make sure the outside handle works before closing it. The handle pushes the mechanism into the door (2000 RX300, rear passenger door)
