This is the most comfortable Nintendo 3DS XL grip available today. Unfortunately, no company has yet invested the millions of dollars in research and development required to provide the perfect comfortable grip (*sigh*, first world issues), but this one comes the closest and ALMOST meets all of our needs to the convenience of portable video games. You always start with bad news, right? What's not so good: 1) The index finger "rests" on the grip, making the L&R system's trigger buttons a bit awkward to operate, but it's not as bad as it sounds and you'll get used to it with the time. It looks like puberty! 2) Major design flaw: No access to the stylus slot when the pen is attached. But wait, there is hope! Solution A: Remove the stylus before attaching the stylus. Solution B: Buy/shoplift/counterfeit a replacement pen. (Disclaimer: I will not condone anyone forging my own stylus) Solution C: Cover that beautiful, glossy touchscreen in fingerprints. Let's face it, solution C isn't exactly right for individuals like us. I'm serious. We spend a lot of time researching the best 3DS XL grip. We do not allow touching our touchscreens. But I digress. to the good news! The great thing about it: 1) The handle easily attaches to the system and stays secure even if you frantically press the buttons and overload the screen while playing Kid Icarus: Uprising. 2) Easy to remove If you want to put your huge 3DS XL in the pocket of your favorite super trendy skinny jeans. *cough* NERF! Night light of the tournaments of Mario Kart 7. Although the price of importing this bad boy from Japan is a bit steep, you'll find that it's worth its weight in gold coins that vanish into thin air. -hit-by-bricks-on-bare-fist!
