Although this is the smallest kitchen knife, it's the one I use the most. This is a replacement for the one that really needed removing and as soon as I got my hands on it I knew it was a good choice. It fits comfortably in your hand and cuts herbs, fruit and vegetables quickly and easily. And it's easy to sharpen with a steel tool. This knife is the right size for my hand when I'm peeling vegetables or dicing herbs. I prefer this knife to a larger chef's knife for dicing ingredients because I have more control when using it. I never learned how to roll dice like chefs, maybe because, while I enjoy cooking, I'm a technician, not a chef. So this is my favorite cutting tool and it's very effective.
