A great concept at first glance - keep the cheese in one place, cut it up and put it right back in the fridge. However, it's big, takes up more space than just a piece of cheese, and unfortunately the knives don't cut all the way through the cheese. You'll get down about 95%, but you'll have to break it to complete the cut. Even though the rubber seal makes it airtight, there is still a lot of air inside the container, which helps the cheese spoil faster. I wish I could keep this product but overall it's not as good as I was hoping so I'll go back to storing cheese in a plastic bag and just using a knife and grater.
