I am very satisfied with this product. After using the similar Waterpik for about 5 years, this one is much more powerful and efficient. It has 3 modes: low, high and pulse. The small water tank on the underside can be easily filled by holding it horizontally under the tap. I also sometimes add mouthwash to the reservoir to keep my breath minty fresh while using this device. The only downside might be that it only comes with two interchangeable heads. If you have more than 2 people wanting to use it you will need to see if you can buy replacement tips. However, I can highly recommend this one. It's efficient and powerful!
