They provided a lot of assistance and advice in our pre-sales meeting before we signed up for the service. When the software went live, they helped us with any issues we had immediately. They even went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot the issue we encountered after our upgrade to iVend 4.0. We couldn't be happier with their customer service! I am an engineer at another company who works closely with Support One as part of my daily job duties. Their support staff (and engineers) do great work - responding quickly, thoroughly answering questions and providing excellent guidance. In addition, Support One provides excellent training materials which makes it very easy for new users to get started. All in all, Support One's support has exceeded our expectations.
