Holy smokers, I love this thing. It changed everything. To be honest I bought it as a gift because I found it interesting but didn't get enough hype to buy it for myself. The person I bought it for got another one so I kept it and damn I'm glad I did. I watched some YouTube videos of people mixing ingredients with a regular whisk and then this thing cut the mixing time by about 3/4. I thought it was internet magic and unbelievable, but it's absolutely true. I use it for dough for bread, biscuits, pastries, cakes. It cuts through and mixes thoroughly, and its shape is much better suited to leaving traces of dry ingredients at the bottom of the bowl. game changer.
