The 1st didn't grab the table and couldn't stand on his feet because the wood screw kept opening - nonsense. I tried returning it - my only choice was to accept a replacement. A replacement has arrived and another screw is holding the swift open to allow the twine to stretch to unwind - you guessed it - that screw won't hold either and the swift won't stay open to allow the work to be done - junk! a total waste of my time (over a week to get to the exact place i was before), with no way to go back - the only alternative is another piece of junk.
