Review on πŸ’» ASUS TUF Gaming GT501 Mid-Tower Computer Case: EATX Compatible with USB 3.0 Front Panel - GT501/GRY/WITH Handle by Tommy Penn

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's a nice case with some nice features.

Pretty good cover. The thing is, it's either designed perfectly, or the problem is in that case. On the back they installed an RGB Aura controller. All of those delicate connections lie precisely in the way you route and protect heavy connections. There are only pictures in the manual so if you are not sure there is no other help. ASUS was not a good resource. Finally, I mounted the MB twice for other reasons. Some of the MB racks became loose so the screws wouldn't come out. I had to use pliers. No, I didn't hydraulically over-tighten them, I know that, they just loosened slightly. Simple solution, but something to consider. No drive bays for peripheral devices. I've thought about moving some of the old components/devices, but that's not an option. Too bad I didn't check before buying. The case is durable, the legs sit firmly on the table, which is nice. This is a very simple case to work with. There is plenty of space to work, both sides are easily accessible. 3 fans plus CPU fan and exhaust fan are standard and should provide cooling. Colors are clearly visible through the glass side panel. Numerous screws and cable ties are supplied. I will probably replace the MB/CPU/GPU before replacing the case itself.

Pros
  • Sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok
