I love that they are so easy for me, as an individual user (not a business), to use! They make it super simple to manage all my accounts in one place with just ONE login/password. It's also great how quickly you can create pages from templates or customizing them yourself if needed. The customer service is top notch too - always quick responding and very helpful when needing assistance getting set up, etc. One thing about their platform was not clear before signing-up but after using we realized what features were available for us within our budget range. We have been able to customize profiles and content by adding photos, videos, links, hashtags, comments, likes, and more; this has helped bring new customers into our network who may never find out otherwise where to go online for information regarding products / services offered at our store.
