I bought the size X-Large and it still fits snug and the sleeves were barely enough. From the size chart I was tempted to just order large but figured I needed a little more room; I did not understand it. It's very tight; maybe that's what it means. I should have ordered 2XL. I understand why they say to wash it in cold water. I keep this sweater in the office so I leave it as it doesn't get too dirty. This is a beautiful sweater and appears to be well made.
