The watch is fine. I find that the dream is far from accurate and my mileage is always slightly different from the distance I actually walk. My biggest complaint is the rash caused by the watch itself. I wash it every day and take it off in the shower to cleanse the skin underneath. Wherever the head touches the clock, a rash begins that turns into blisters and an itchy mess. I've tried wearing it looser and there's no difference. It takes me a month without wearing it to get rid of the rash for it to come back. I bought the same watch for my partner and brother. In the end, both returned to the same topic. Unfortunately, I waited too long to realize that this watch didn't do exactly what I wanted and that the rash was caused by the dial and not the strap. Strongly disappointed. I would return if possible.
