I used my polishing buffer for the worst and then used it to clean up.

Bought a year old black car that had hundreds of micro scratches on the paintwork. I used my polishing buffer for the worst, then used it to remove swirl marks and small scuffs, then rubbed it on all 4 cars, a full size truck and a Harley. It worked great and is still holding up. Worth every penny. The included polishes/waxes and pads are also of good quality and worth buying together.
