Review on 🔧 Enhance Performance with Hoover Genuine WindTunnel Self-Propelled Belt Set (38528-034 & 38528-035) by Chad Overturf

Agitation belt, thin, about 1/4 inch shorter. The roller continues to rotate in the vertical position of the handle and growls. It's too tight and the reel is on constantly - others have complained as well. The belt is designed to fit loosely around the brush bar when the handle is in the vertical position so the bar does not rotate. When you let go of the vacuum's handle to clean, the pulley arm tightens this belt and causes the brushroll to rotate. It does not look like an OEM Hoover (Goodyear) belt. I tried stretching the strap a little but it snapped. I ordered a new one which was actually from Goodyear. The wide wheel strap is an HVR brand strap.
