I love that for our small business we can have multiple users all in one spot keeping everyone organized! No need of different spreadsheets it's right there!! There are some minor things about this program but they don't bother me much anymore since most customers now use an online system instead anyways so its not as big deal these days :). It helps us with organization at work because everything from payroll/time cards through billing goes into just 1 place which makes life easier when you're doing many tasks every day :).
