As a dedicated home brewer, I was looking for a reliable, easy-to-use hydrometer to measure sugar levels .Unfortunately this product fell flat. Despite carefully following instructions, the reading it provided was inconsistent and far from accurate, causing batches to come out less than desirable. The construction also felt flimsy, and the small print on the glass was difficult to read. As a result of using this product, i found THAT it caused more frustration than it was worth.
