If you read reviews of lava lamps at Revain, you'll find that most people give great reviews for "Lava the Original Lamp" and terrible reviews for the cheap Schylling imitation. It seems to be similar with light bulbs. Many have complained that they don't work or that they are the wrong bulbs. Now I have to see if I can find the genuine Lava the Original Lamp 40-Watt Replacement Bulbs, 2-Pack.
