I like that you can create your own modules for different types of business functions or applications as well as having the ability to customize what's included in each module (or turn off specific ones if necessary). Also, there are some great customer success managers who help out with training new users how to use the system. The UI isn't always intuitive so we have had employees train others sometimes which was not ideal! It has been helpful in creating custom workflows and processes for our customers' problems/projects.
