SUPER happy with it so far. I bought these for my gelding who has chronic hock pain that I just can't deal with and is doing exactly what is expected (allowing the skin to heal without the risk of re-injury). I've been using it 24/7 for about 2 weeks now and still haven't stopped using it. I take it off at least once a day to clean up and fix it. I tighten it until I can slip a finger between the front of the ankle and the boot. My horse was on the smallest end of the larger size so I downsized to the smaller size. I'm glad I did as the boots fit well but the elastic is very stretchy. If I had ordered a larger boot, it might have stretched too much to be effective.
