I bought a DigitNow cassette player to turn old cassette recordings into a digital file. I first put batteries in and found that the radio part does not work. Not a single noise or crackle. Since I didn't buy it for that reason, I thought I'd skip it. Computer setup instructions for both software and hardware are written in broken English. The link to the Audacity program must have been old and not working. So I accessed Audacity from another link and was able to get everything working by playing my old tape while recording it with the Audacity software at the same time. I was then able to export the analog MP3 file and play it with Windows Media Player, but only after I unplugged the USB cable between DigitNow and my computer. As you can see, there were many issues with this product.
