Fixed orthosis that can be loose or tight as you prefer

I used this orthosis for running with an ASOS orthosis on my other ankle. In my opinion, this one provides adequate support and allows you to really tie it down without the added bulk of large braces. If you have a very weak and unstable ankle I would suggest getting an ASOS brace. Otherwise I think it's a great replacement. Now I'm also buying a second one for trail running.
