Device works until it dies *edit 1/21/22

*Edit 1/22/22 - +2 starsFairly impressed. The seller reached out to me on his own accord and asked what they could do to make things right. First off things weren't really bad I was just bummed I found a good hdmi switch that supported all the new features i wanted from my ps5 and series x but that it began failing before being a year old. The company assures me it is a rarity and are sending a replacement which is pretty cool. I had already purchased another because I figured I was beyond the warranty so now I'll have one to put in my game/media room and my living room! Pretty cool but really that level of service is rare and must be given credit. Finding that in a company makes me a customer for life because I know I'll be taken care of with my purchases. Electronics can fail all the time and no matter if your Samsung or the local ma n PA store there will be a certain % of failing. Can't be helped so the fact they reached out and are doing this puts them above all others. Just my 2centsOriginal:Was pretty happy with this device. It supported all features I wanted from my ps5, Series X, Fire Cube which included Atmos and Vision with 4k but Just today it seems to have died, will not output anything to the screen. It powers on still but no video. Nothing changed or was messed with and was actually working first thing this morning but came back after breakfast and its gone. Not even 6 months old. I had hoped for at least a year if not its lifetime. Plenty of space around it and out in the open so wouldn't have been because of mis-use. Sigh. Anyways great device until it dies.
