Excellent all-metal design, has a magnetic base that replaces the simple magnetic base plate that comes with the camera. The replacement allows you to use this articulating arm as if it came with the camera. Also allows you to mount the camera upside down and route the camera's power cable up the roofs over a canopy or soffit. While the camera's speaker/mic is also turned toward the roof (top), the intercom feature probably isn't very useful anyway. The camera software already has the ability to invert the video according to the constant camera orientation.
