Our team loves that they have such great customer support! They are always available by chat/email when needed (even over holidays). The fact their system works so well with our website makes it easy to integrate into existing code without having developers from both teams involved in complicated technical discussions. I wish there was more flexibility around which types of content were allowed between platforms but other than that - nothing really stands out at this time as being anything particularly bad about using SlickStream. We use them mainly because they're quick, cheap & reliable - especially if you need someone who understands SEO very quickly and knows how important getting found online is for us. There isn't much downside right now since everything seems pretty seamless.
