A Disappointing Company with Overhyped Products Aquabeads is a Disappointing Company

Review: Aquabeads is a company that does not measure up to the expectations it sets for itself. In spite of their claims that the possibilities are endless and that they will provide the best experience imaginable, they fall short in every category. Their goods are oversold and do not possess the level of excellence that they assert they possess. Because the beads do not adhere to one another in the way that they should, the finished product is, to put it mildly, unsatisfactory. The fact that their customer support is just as unsatisfactory as their products is the final nail in the coffin. When I tried to contact them about a problem, their staff was impolite, unhelpful, and slow to respond. It was abundantly obvious that they had no interest in resolving my issue and that they were more concerned with maintaining their profit margin than ensuring that their customers were happy. In general, Aquabeads is a disappointing business that sells products that have been overhyped and provides poor support to its customers. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone seeking for a good experience in the crafting industry. Look elsewhere, as doing so will save you both time and money.

Pros
  • Products for all skill levels Simple to use and approachable for newcomers Excellent customer support
Cons
  • Beads might not be of a constant dimension.
