Works as it should. The problem with this detail at high latitudes is extreme cold and heat. What happens are cracks in the plastic case. The car runs well until the engine is warm. After warming up, the cracks widen and the required signal to the power control computer is no longer correct and the engine runs VERY rough, if at all. Manufacturers could solve the problem with minor design and cost changes. As with many other parts, the manufacturers determine the expected lifespan of the parts, and once the warranty period has expired they do nothing to improve them. We are fortunate that the customer service representatives did a good job in improving many details.
