When I decided to go green with my Keurig I bought a metal strainer/filter and while it worked great it left quite a bit of coffee grounds on the bottom of my coffee maker. cup (gross!). I tried several types of ground coffee with the same result. I was looking into adding paper filter cartridges and took a chance on this particular brand. After my first cup I'm sold. They fitted my nozzle perfectly and made a mug of coffee with no mud. See photos. I compost so now I can just remove the used filter paper and toss it in the compost. As you can see from the photos, not using the paper filter leaves a ton of coffee grounds behind, even if you empty it. With the addition of these paper filters, you simply remove the used filter and you are good to go. Very happy with the purchase of these filters. One cup is over and there are 99 left.
