Product design and execution is painfully lacking in several areas! As shown in the image (same size red rectangles added for reference), the jaws on the right are mislabeled and the 18-14 and 24-20 crimps are swapped (24-20 should be smaller than 18-14 as they are on the labeled left jaw). I really doubt that either of them are right. In addition, the latch does not close cleanly and opens easily. This is how the crimp tool works, but the crimp isn't "factory". each crimp is offset to one side. They end up working well (clamps are solid but not pretty) and I can live with the functional aspects, especially given the relatively cheap price, but I expected at least the labeling to be correct. Looking back, I would rather spend a few bucks more for a better device.
