The order came on time, the packaging looked good. The replacement was a big job. The day I installed the new unit it was warm, I turned on the heater and it worked; Then I turned on the air conditioning, which also worked. After installation, I heard a click every time I started the car. About a week later, I was caught in a very cold downpour a few hours from home. I really needed warmth that day but it didn't work. It only worked once when I first tested it. I didn't send it back because it took many hours to replace and I was afraid they would send me another defective valve. If it was free I wouldn't install it. It would be nice to be able to just buy a valve; because I have new hoses.
