Spins Free Again
Replaced defective bearing/clutch/magnet - now spins freely without knocking. But the air conditioning does not turn on because the clutch no longer engages. I've also checked the fuse, so I suspect the spacers aren't distributing the clutch properly (I had to use an original spacer with the two included here as the A/C was always on with just the two installed here). At least the belt can turn the alternator. again!
