Used it to connect my security cameras to my router. The DVR camera is in my office and the router is closer to the living room, so I took the cable. It's a great price for this cable and it's great for my use (6 camera system with night vision). Eliminates any possibility of signal strength interfering with my security system's remote display when I'm out of town or at work. I'm not sure if that could be a bad thing, it's a pretty basic product. Definitely that I could care less about the producer. Does his job and stays silent. works for me
