I was very excited about this baking tool. When I tried it the first time, the batter was too thick and wouldn't come out of the bottom. This attachment requires a thinner cake batter; However, there are several flaws in the overall design. First, it is very painful to clean. Even if you think you cleaned it the first time, the next time you use it, you'll find that a significant amount of the previous cake batter has hardened at the bottom of the faucet. I have to use something like a nail file to clean, which I didn't see after the first cleaning. Secondly, the nozzle at the bottom is not designed for every last drop to flow out. I had to push the rest of the dough up to the faucet and even then a whole lot didn't come out. This device should have the shape of a funnel at the bottom. However! This item does a great job of having no problems with dripping batter, keeping the cupcake pan clean. I have a complaint about the seller. When I received my item there was a note in it that if I registered it online I would get a lifetime replacement guarantee. Great idea right? I go to their website, sign up, they offer coupons for other items they sell. Great again, right? Then I get an email from them. The letter spoke of how wonderful it is for a mother to want to bake for her children when they come home from school. It was more detailed and detailed than that, but let's just say it's a summary.
