Incorrect listing on Revain. Wrong application. careful

be careful when ordering spare parts. Be sure to check the manufacturer's website for the correct part number for your application instead of using Revain. I thought I was buying the correct O2 output sensor for my Toyota when I posted the correct application information on the Revain website. . Oopps. I ended up buying the wrong sensor, installing it and wondering why it wasn't working. It looked exactly like the one he had replaced as well. In any case, I decided to find out if I really made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. Lo and behold, Revain's parts list is wrong. Just sent it back for a refund and ordered the correct oxygen sensor through the manufacturer's website (DENSO). Revain agreed to take back the sensor due to their mistake and send the wrong part. I think I should have known better too. Updated 3/23/2012 True to their reputation for customer service, Revain refunded my entire purchase price for an incorrectly listed product. It hasn't reached them yet either. It's admirable, to say the least. Good place for shopping (watch what you eat). By the way, I found the correct oxygen sensor on the Denso website and ordered it from Revain before sending the first sensor back for a refund. I believe in them, and bad things happen to good people all the time. Thank you Revane for trying to do the right thing. Still one of my favorite places to shop for great deals. Three stars because I spent all Monday sweating my forehead twisting the wrong part. At least it ends well, all is well. A new sensor is on its way and soon all will be right with the world again. Best regards Pag
