Review on 🧽 MAPRIAL Washable Reusable Polishing Assortment by Shane Popo

I like the sharp corners which are great for getting into tight corners like a door panel. Good selection of regular cereals. I like that the grits are clearly labeled on each pad. And the grits seem to be quite firm and stick to the sponge well. My problem is with the sponge itself. I've attached a closeup photo where you can see the foam isn't dense at all. The cells are very open. So he's not strong at all. After just a few minutes of sanding some parts of the table, large chunks of the sponge were missing. I also noticed that the sand immediately clogged. I had to constantly clean the debris with compressed air. You can see it in the photos. Overall, this is a lot of sanding pads for a good price. Good selection of cereals. But in my experience they don't last very long. The sponge on my other sanding pads is much denser, stronger, and more flexible. Some of them last for years and I still use them as a flexible backing with different sandpapers. This is normal, but the sponge will likely fall apart before the sand is gone.
