The ability to view multiple issues across different projects at once was very helpful when trying to manage our team's work towards releases of new features/products. It also has great integrations capabilities which are key parts of any project we touch upon - from testing platforms & frameworks through CI pipelines up to deployment services like AWS ECS or Docker Swarm Mode as well as internal processes that require configuration such as Jenkins / CircleCI etc..
