Bought for a recent Forney welder. And I'm learning how to weld small projects. It seems to squirt a little more than the Lincoln brand I installed when that one was phased out. Maybe just get better at welding? I think both variants are possible. I like using an industrial product, but sometimes I need to switch to other brands (not just welders). The forney welder works great and my forney wire reference point is a bit weak as I'm a beginner. The wire worked perfectly, that means the welds are pretty strong, if not very pretty. but I think it squirts a little more than the others. Maybe in my future there will be an anti-spatter product. if you are a Forney user. It's probably good for you and I recommend this product. It all depends on personal choice and availability (Lincoln at your local hardware store)
