I use it to make almond milk and cold coffee. In terms of tension, I have nothing to complain about. I had no issues with nut particles or ground coffee coming through the pouch. 100% rating for this part. And since the bag is made of nylon, it can be handled roughly during use and cleaning and will last. I've used it many times and just washed it in the sink with water and dish soap and let it air dry - no durability issues. My only complaint is that the pieces get stuck in the sponge (where the tension thread goes) and I haven't found a good way to get these particles out. So while most of the bag is easy to clean, not all of it is. Aside from some stains from using it with coffee and residual particles that I can't seem to remove from the lip hole, I haven't had any mold or odor issues after multiple uses.
