Plastic bag upgrade, inexplicable joy

This is one of those things I didn't even know I needed or even existed until I stumbled upon it. But I'm shocked at how excited I am that I stumbled upon it and bought it. I love it irrationally so much. Years of use, looking at, sometimes replacing disgusting plastic grocery bags that used to be shovels. Years of avoiding thinking about which parts of the bag touched which part of the shovel. I didn't want the shovel to hit the ground directly, so the bag made sense. I've resigned myself to the life of a bullet in a bag. I didn't even know I hated it because I didn't know it could be different. Yes, having your own dustpan container is a luxury. I was reluctant to pay for what seemed like an indulgent and unnecessary accessory that no one would notice but me, and certainly not the cat. But man, how much inexplicable joy I feel at this thing's existence, now that it's sitting in the corner, carefully holding a dustpan. absolutely worth buying. It is indeed very strong, beautiful in design and shape. It fits on the heavy DuraScoop "Jumbo" that I have. I'm sure the actual quality of the holder - so well thought out with the removable liner, weight, etc - goes a long way towards the odd satisfaction I get from it. go somewhere. If you don't want to leave it on the floor and find it weird to hang it up (it is), you won't find anything better than this holder!

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
