I have read so many reviews, visited so many sites, there were so many other tablets in the cart and I am so glad I chose this tablet. I've compared the specs of this tablet to all well-known brands, but I kept coming back to it. My logic was that if it wasn't good quality, at least I wasn't wasting too much. After placing the order, the seller contacted me within a day. The seller said I will receive it in a week. Sent quickly, I received it in 5 days! Nice packaging in a regular Amazon box. Came with a screen protector and a more durable one. I've attached an image of the pre-installed apps. It was fully charged when I received it. I still have 14 hours of battery life left, which is more than the specs expected. Good speed, no problem loading movies and millions of photos and videos on my drive. I moved some large files to see how fast they transfer across the hard drive and was pleasantly surprised too. I've always been a supporter of Apple products, but I use Google services for work. Maybe after this purchase I switched to an android supporter. The customer service for this product is outstanding. It has Duraspeed and multi-account options. You can add a SIM card. A warranty page was highlighted on the home screen for easy warranty registration, which was very thoughtful. If you register your guarantee, you will be offered a free gift. If you're on the fence, go for it, I'm glad I did.
