While not the most expensive mattress topper, it gives you a bang for your buck. My mattress is over 20 years old and was starting to get uncomfortable. I wasn't ready to buy a brand new mattress just yet so this topper was a great find and within my budget. The foam is very soft, high quality and very comfortable. I would describe this topper as soft/medium weight. Even after one night of use I felt less stiff and less sore. I am very happy with my purchase and will be very grateful to anyone looking to upgrade their mattress at an affordable price!
