Great partner and easy set-up process

The system has been working well for us since we got it about 10 years ago. It works great with our other systems as well so all of our customers are able to get their reward points in one place, which makes things easier when they go shopping. There's nothing that I dislike about this program.
They have continued to keep up with any changes or improvements needed by our business. This helps make sure we continue to offer our customers new ways to earn points without having to do anything different from what they were doing before.

Pros

We've had no issues at work using these programs over time..they're easy enough if you know how.and there is plenty available help online too! Also helpful because everything runs together seamlessly within most POS software (like QuickBooks)
