Restored my NP246, filled in 2 liters of fresh fluid, done. I'm pretty sure it's just a blue colored ATF, intentionally colored blue so you know where the leak is coming from (transfer case or transmission). I've never been able to spot a leak by looking at the liquid visually because if you notice it it's always gone bad, but who cares. It's not that expensive, and that's what GM demands.
