Have been using this brand for a few years now. Tired of branded bags that were expensive. These bags work just as well as the original bags. The only downside is that the rolls are so long that they have to be rewound to fit the roll in the vacuum packaging machine. To save money, I buy meat and groceries when they are sold in larger quantities than I can use up quickly. I believe meat has a shelf life of at least a year if properly sealed and stored. I use 11" and 8" wheels. Very happy. I've tried a few other brands but found that they don't seal, either because the plastic isn't sealed well or the packaging has been punctured by the ingredients. Unless you have a very sharp bone that no bag can handle, these are very good vacuum pack bags!
