They quickly fail with accent and off-road lighting

All pre-assembly work on a motorcycle trailer. 3 were as lights in the trailer and I retrofitted a brake light. They are no different from many ads as they are waterproof and ephemeral. They didn't work after a ride so I'm not sure if vibration or rain worked. We rode in the rain for several hours. Retrofitted brakes bother me the most because I don't know if they can be rebuilt again.
