No-Grind method works as intended and is much cleaner than traditional nails or screws. Unfortunately, they weren't enough to save my hardwood floors, so I ended up installing laminate. I recommend this product to anyone with a squeaky floor worth saving; However, there are some areas that could be improved. The first is the diameter of the top bolt, after the screws are inserted and snapped in, the bolt stays firmly in the new threaded hole. It's not that easy to remove, just a tug on the guide, a narrower stock and/or built-in lever make headstock removal easier.
