Review on ZyDoc Transcription by Zach Flores

I like that it is easy to use in order to transcribe patient interviews. It also allows me access my notes so i am able to look them up when needed as well if there are any questions about previous conversations or information given during an interview etc.. The software can take some time getting used too but once you know how everything works its not hard at all! There really isn't anything bad other than taking more patience then expected because of learning curve involved before using this program completely however; after doing research online we were unsure what else was out their which would give us better customer service compared to others who do have those options available through reviews by users such as myself. This has helped tremendously now instead having patients call multiple times trying get answers from different people they just go ahead and make appointment right away without calling back each day until someone gets off schedule.
