Review on Bravex 8 Pack Curved Boot Ignition Coil - Boost Ford Lincoln Mercury 4.6L 5.4L V8 Performance by 15% with DG508 C1454 C1417 FD503 Upgrade (Yellow) by Keith Aluguvelli

I replaced the original coils on my 06 F160 4.6 with these after the insulation on the old coils started to degrade. Installation was easier than changing the spark plugs yourself. So far everything has been running smoothly, no dropouts, etc. I didn't notice any noticeable changes in consumption or anything else (good or bad), but I didn't expect that either. The coils themselves proved stronger than I expected for the price. Installing it with a new set of spark plugs made my truck idle smoother and smoother, although I believe the spark plugs are to blame. I thought it would be a gamble compared to swapping out with the correct Motorcraft coils, but overall I'd say it was worth it. If they fail catastrophically I will update.
